Handset Warranty/Exchange and Buyer’s Remorse Policy
AT&T™ offers customers a 30 day trial period of the AT&T™ network. You can cancel anytime within the 30 days. Cancellations after 3 days are liable for any usage charges and activation fees. Cancellations within 3 days are liable for any usage charges. Any deactivation after 30 days are subject up to a $325 Early Termination Fee by AT&T. See contract for specific termination fee that applies. Wireless handsets must be returned to the original point of purchase.
Cellular Advantage provides a 30 day in-store warranty return/exchange from original date of purchase. All warranty exchanges after 30 days are handled though AT&T™ Exchange by Mail program. You can contact Exchange by Mail at 1-800-801-1101. All handsets being return/exchange must be in like-new condition with no visible damage or liquid damage. Handsets that are return/exchange do not qualify for any rebate associated with the handset. A per item fee of $50 shall be charged for any device returned without all accessories and components (including by not limited to; manuals, chargers, battery doors, batteries, packaging, ear buds, etc) and have no visible or physical damage.
Security Deposits are not refunded by the store location. AT&T will mail a refund check after the last billing cycle has completed on the account.
All Handsets (excluding iPhone) have a $25 restocking fee.
Accessory Return Policy
All accessory sales are final. Exchanges will only be accepted on accessories with manufacture defects within a one (1) year period with proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued by company check (unless paid by credit card) from the Cellular Advantage corporate office within 30 days. All refund checks are mailed to the location of return, and photo identification is required for pickup of the refund check.
SIM cards and open software are not refundable in all cases.
All iPhone sales have a 10% restocking fee.
